For those who want regular help in editing their site, we offer our Maintenance Plan, and for those looking to monitor regular reports on speed and ADA, we offer our Hosting, Support, Maintenance, Plus ADA & Speed Plan.
Each plan includes same-day updates to WordPress® core, plugins, and themes. We offer a CDN through Cloudflare, malware security scans, backups, SSL setups, hack remediation, staging, audits, Sendgrid, Gravity Forms, and more.
The Plus Maintenance Plan and the ADA + Speed Plan include an extra one or two hours of edits each month, depending on your plan. During this time, we can add, modify, or remove content, or update your website’s design. Let’s chat about what we can achieve with the available hours based on your selected plan.
The final option for ADA + Speed, adds on an ADA report and Speed report. Moreover, we resolve any outstanding issues that pop-up in the report on a monthly basis.

You can absolutely host yourself. WordPress® can be run on any number of servers. What we are offering is best-in-class hosting. Moreover, we keep your website updated with all core, plugins, and updates. If there is ever an issue, we can roll back and correct it. We offer staging, CDN, SSL, and other features too.
We never charge for updates to the WordPress® core or WordPress® plugins. We do charge hourly rate for edits to the design, development, or content of the website. We work in 15 minute increments and invoice at the end of the month. If you signed up for our Maintenance Plan or ADA + Speed Plan, we do not invoice for the first hour or two of work (depending on the plan), only additional hours.
There are no long term commitments. Our contracts are simply month-to-month, paid on the first of the month.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on a monthly basis. We do offer month-to-month hosting relationships. If you feel we are not meeting your expectations, then you can migrate at any time.
Absolutely! We white label all our services, thus allowing you to be a point of contact with all clients. We act as your development support team, to make your agency shine. We give back 10% of the hosting price on a monthly basis, either in credit to the agency or discounts on the hosting plan itself.
We support just about every plugin or theme. If you have a specific need, let us know and we can confirm whether we can support that plugin or theme before migration.

We respond to every ticket within the hour, and often faster, within 15 minutes. For routine maintenance requests we can typically complete them within the hour. For larger edits, we will provide a quote, get approval to proceed, and set a time to make the updates.
